Bob Popovics is one of the greatest pioneers of saltwater fly fishing. His fly patterns are legendary and have proven their fishiness countless times. Jiggy Fly, one of his most popular patterns, is currently one of the top sea trout patterns on the coast and are also a great fly for Cod, Sea Bass and Pollock too. Jiggy is heavy in the front and dives like a jig, hence the name. We believe this fly fish best with uneven retrieve and short breaks. The pattern is meant to imitate small fish like Tobis.
