For new and experience tyers the Semperfli Extreme String 40mm is ideal for large predator fishing. The 40mm strands are a mix of solid and metallic flash that will work great as an attractor for Pike, Shrimp or Salmon bodies.
Bulky when tied with 40mm strands however when wet the soft fibres lay down to create a true body profile for flies and creates a great movement due to the long strands.
You can also cut the strands to 20mm to use as a winging material for Trout and Salmon flies.
