The Hareline Lateral Scale Opal Mirage 1/16” is a super iridescent synthetic material that is designed to be used to make a lateral line on your flies.
This Lateral Scale material is thinner than normal flash and is designed to be used one piece at a time on either side of your fly. This re-creates the lateral line found on most fish and as this material is thinner, it is ideal for use on smaller baitfish patterns.
This material is highly versatile in its fly tying uses and is not limited to only being used for imitating lateral lines on your flies. It can be used for a wide variety of other uses on many other styles and patterns.
The Hareline Lateral Scale Opal Mirage is incredibly sparkly and flashy, adding an amazing iridescence to your fly. There is a large hank provided per pack for tying plenty of flies.
