The Veniard Rotary Hackle Pliers make tying hackle on your flies much easier thanks to it's revolving features and easy to use design.
These rotary hackle pliers include a small pair of black pliers on the end and is completely rotatable. You can pinch your hackle and rotate the stem to easily spin your hackle around your fly.
You could also use these pliers after you have used a dubbing twister. After the dubbing becomes tightly twisted between the thread, you can wind your dubbing around your fly's body using these pliers.
