PENN Regiment III Solid Carbon Boat Rod

The PENN Regiment III SLD Carbon rods are unique boat rods with blanks which are made out of full carbon with special Spiral Armour Technology. This 100% solid carbon cross wrap structure is practically indestructible and yet extremely slim and sensitive and is made out of several layers of 46T and 30T carbon with a full 24T carbon core. Finished with saltwater proof stainless steel guides and tapered ergonomic, easy to clean high-density EVA handles, these rods are truly unique and are perfect for fishing for mixed species and the heavier versions are even capable of stopping huge blue sharks and halibuts!
